The brand concept
Created around the idea of bringing together two of the most engaging parts of any journey, exploring new places and discovering new food, our client’s content journey focuses on travel itineraries while showcasing the variety of food and experiences that come with each destination. The challenge for the logo was to capture both these dimensions in a way that felt distinctive, simple, and closely connected to the name itself.
The design therefore takes its starting point from the first two initials of the brand, T and C, and transforms them into visual elements that communicate the essence of their name.
Translating the brand name into a symbol

Rather than using T and C as conventional letterforms, we tried to transform the logo into visual expressions of the brand’s core ideas. The T is reimagined as an aeroplane, establishing an immediate connection with travel while making the brand initial an integral part of the symbol. This approach creates a mark that is both concept-focused and closely tied to the brand name.
One of the defining details of the logo is the elongated tail of the aeroplane. The extended form creates the impression of an aircraft leaving behind a trail of smoke as it moves through the sky. At the same time, the tail subtly takes the shape of a lowercase “t”, retaining the identity of the original letter within the illustration.
This small design decision adds another layer to the logo. What initially appears to be an aircraft trail also reinforces the letterform, allowing the travel symbol and the brand initial to exist as one cohesive element.
The C takes a more conceptual approach, drawing from the form of a copyright symbol to represent originality and ownership. This reflects the page’s focus on creating authentic and original content from its own perspective. The letter is further integrated with a spoon and fork, subtly bringing the food aspect into the same visual form rather than introducing a separate icon. By incorporating the C into this symbol, the design communicates that the experiences, recommendations, itineraries, and food discoveries shared by the page are presented through its own creative perspective.
This approach gives the logo a strong conceptual foundation while keeping it recognisable and easy to associate with travel.
From initials to identity

The logo demonstrates how a brand name can become the foundation for its visual identity rather than simply being accompanied by an unrelated graphic.
By transforming T and C into symbols of travel, authenticity, and food, the design gives the brand a visual language that is closely tied to its purpose. It captures the idea of discovering destinations through both the journey and the flavours found along the way, making the logo a concise representation of what the page is all about.
